The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read: SEVERABILITY. If this Act is held invalid under the requirement of art. II, sec. 13, Constitution of the State of Alaska, that every bill be 2023-04-20 House Journal Page 0805 confined to one subject, the provisions of secs. 3, 7, 18, and 19 of this Act shall be severed so that the provisions of secs. 1, 2, 4 - 6, and 8 - 17 of this Act are not affected."
